We have been perfecting our rubs, entering and judging competitions, building smokers, and searching for the purity of BBQ wherever meat meets smoke. $TR8’ $MOKIN’ soldiers span from San Diego to Seattle to St. Luis, with official chapters in Southern California, Northern California and the great Pacific Northwest. We are all dedicated to truth in BBQ.
